Syarat & Ketentuan

Booking Inclusions:

Check-in: 14:00 - 16:00
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in
Check-out: 10:00

A damage deposit of AUD500 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Child policies: Children are not allowed.
Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 18

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.

Parties: Parties/events are not allowed

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Kebijakan Pembatalan

All Currajong Retreat accommodation sites are subject to our cancellation policy.

The following cancellation policy will apply:

1. Cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to the check in date and time. Full refund applies where cancellation is more than 14 days before check-in.

2. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel within the 14 day period before arrival.

NON ARRIVAL
Should a guest fail to arrive on the scheduled day of the reservation, the room will be held until the following day in case of an unforeseeable delay and the guest was unable to contact Currajong Retreat. Should the guest not arrive on the second day, the reservation will be cancelled.

The total accommodation charge will be applied to the guest’s credit card.

EARLY BOOKING RATES
Early booking discounts and rates as marked are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

GRACE PERIOD
No fees are charged for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
