Our modern 2 bedroom self contained cottages can sleep 2 - 4 guests.
Our property is set amongst beautiful gardens (still being developed) and hosts a spa pool and outdoor entertainment area.
Based in Ngongotaha - Rotorua on SH5, we are only 6.5km from the Adventure Parks and right next to Lakeview Country Golf Club.
By booking direct, a $30 discount will be applied to your entire booking. Please note this will not show immediately but will be applied before payment is taken.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE BOOKED WITH A CREDIT CARD, WE WILL TAKE THAT AS CONFIRMATION THAT WE CAN CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR THE FULL BOOKING AMOUNT.
If you card is declined, you will be given 24 hours to provide us with a new method of payment.

CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancellations made within 7 days of your booking date will result in the loss of your first nights stay. This includes booking amendments where the amount of rooms or dates are reduced.
COVID-19:
If your booking needs to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions, your payment will be refunded minus an admin fee.
