CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
1) Cancellation Prior to Arrival
A. Cancellation of GUARANTEED BOOKING prior to arrival more than 48 hours, subject the deposited amount to one night accommodation deduction or 30% of the total deposited, whichever is higher.
B. Reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation of less than 48 hours, no- show, back-out or under stay.
2) Cancellation Upon Arrival
Cancellation of GUARANTEED BOOKING upon arrival will subject the reservation fee as non- refundable to defray all the resort’s expenses incurred during the booking process.
3) Under-stay
Cancellation of succeeding days of the supposed length of stay subjects the total amount of the remaining days to 50% surcharge.
