All booking rates specified above have exclusive use of the property (i.e. if you book The Main House, the Stables will not be offered to another group)
All bookings have access to all the features of the property: the media room, the indoor swimming pool, spa pool, all outdoor areas and beach track.

Standard check in time is 3pm. Check out time 11am.
Early check in at 1pm / or late check out 1pm can be added, charge is $250 for each. Please advise us or choose "add on" when you check out.

Main house reservation is for the main house for up to 16 guests. Infants under 2 years old are not included in the total occupancy. (Infants stay free of charge)

Additional charge applies for "The Stables" (2 x self contained units beside the main house). To accommodate an extra guests, please add stables to your booking to accommodate up to 20 guests. A floor plan can be downloaded from our website should you with to check the room configurations.

EVENTS & WEDDINGS

Events are allowed. There is an event fee charge if the number is above the paid occupancy.
If you plan to have additional day-guests visiting during your stay, we must be notified prior to your arrival. . For other types of small events or gatherings please visit the property page “Events & Dinners” to view the extra charges and seating arrangements. We will be happy to provide assistance as required.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

All rates advertised are displayed in NZD including GST of 15%.

*Surcharge will be applied if additional rooms are used, over and above the paid total number of guest per room occupancy. Property must be advised at least 24 hours before check in should the booking need to add more guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 30 days prior to check in date: Deposit is refundable less 20% cancellation fee on total booking amount.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. *Unless extenuating circumstances apply - to be decided by Hillbrook Estate.

By unforeseen circumstances should cancellation be made by Hillbrook, the guest will be entitled to a full refund.
