All Room Vouchers exclude Public Holidays, Long Weekend or Peak Holiday Period 22nd December to 15th January unless specified.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
All room tariffs are calculated on the selected room rate and are based on twin share in existing bedding.
No more than two people per room per night. Additional charges apply for extra persons No additional guests will be accepted unless they are pre-registered. Any unauthorised persons may result in booking cancellation without prior notice.
Full Accommodation Cancellation Fee applies for all bookings that are cancelled within 30 days of the day of arrival.
For Cancellation due to COVID-19 please refer to our website T&Cs which is updated in line with SA Health recommendations.
