GENERAL REMARKS:
Promotional rate includes 2 persons only. However, Luxury Loft can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons; Honeymoon Loft & Business Loft can accommodate maximum of 4 persons.
20% discount shall be applied for Senior Citizens and PWDs upon presenting of OSCA-issued ID card or PWD ID card; and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions; may avail discount whichever is higher.
Extra mattress/bed can be provided during the stay.
Our hotel recognizes that pets are considered part of our guests' family however, pets of any kind is prohibited.
Guests are welcome to entertain a maximum of 6 visitors at a time for a maximum of 30 minutes only. The visitors are to provide valid IDs. Visitors must log in at the security area and shall accomplish a visitor information sheet prior to their stay. Should their stay take longer than the allotted time, the guest will automatically be charged with the additional companion fee.
Companions / visitors of guests are not allowed to enter reserved loft until the principal guest (booker) checks in, unless they present an Authorization Letter with valid ID of the principal guest, along with authorized person's valid ID.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT
Php 5, 000.00 per room per night upon check in and refundable upon check out when unused.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check out made between 14:00-16:00 shall impose an additional 25% of the published nightly room rate.
Check out made between 16:00-18:00 shall impose an additional 50% of the published nightly room rate.
Check out made after 18:00 shall be charged 100% of the published nightly room rate.
Airport shuttle service is available upon request. Contact the property in advance to make arrangements.
Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure a booking. Payments made for these rate plans are strictly non refundable.
Refundable Rate Plans
All guests are required to pay the full amount of the total room charge upon making reservation. Payments may be made via PayPal or Cash Bank Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to secure a booking. Payments made for these rate plans are strictly non refundable. Packages under promotional rates are non-refundable.
Standard Rate:
Any cancellation received within 72 hours prior to arrival date shall incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel shall be treated as a No-Show and shall incur the first night charge. Refunds shall be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours upon arrival.
