1. 100% reservation cost will be charged to your credit card on record upon receipt of your reservation.
2. This fee is non-refundable & guarantees your reservation.
3. Credit Card Security & Protection: We require the credit card you used to pay for your LUXE Experience to verify your transaction with our bank.
4. If cancelled at any time or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is non-refundable.
5. Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa, Amex or cash payments in IDR.
6. We recommend you purchase Travel & Health Insurance that covers you incase of unforeseen illness.
7. Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by your payment, LUXE Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above. Local time refers to UTC/GMT +8 hours, (WITA) Central Indonesian Time.
