Our Garden Family rooms are large and comfortable ideal for a family or a group of friends wanting to stay together. Rooms are set amongst our garden of coconut trees and shrubs and is about 20 metres to the beach.
Approx. 60 sqm of living space with views of the garden.
Comes with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds (3 beds altogether).

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
1. The total price of the reservation may be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival.
2. All transactions will be settled in Vietnamese Dong (VND), per local regulations.
3. Our check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
4. This year we have decided to keep Christmas and New Year’s low key while practicing social distancing. We won’t be charging guests or arranging the buffet and entertainment this year for Christmas and New Year, however we will be arranging a special menu for our Christmas and New Year’s guests.
5. Cancellation Policy relating to reservations made between December 20th to January 5th: Guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Guest will be charged 1st night per reservation if cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

* Payment is only required at checkout, however Peppercorn Beach reserves the right to charge the reservation amount up to 7 days before arrival.
Stornierungsbedingungen
Cancellations and Modifications:
1. Any cancellation or modification received up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2. Any cancellation or modification received in the 7 days before arrival or failure to arrive at your scheduled time will be treated as a No-Show and the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3. Reservation made between December 20th to January 5th: Guest can cancel free of charge 30 days before arrival. Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
