8 rooms with 2 single beds in each room. All air conditioned. These rooms contain a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.
The building is air-conditioned and has a dining/lounge room with DTV.
Kitchen has 2 stoves and 2 full size fridges along with kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster and kettle. Dining room table and 2 lounges and a Coffee table.
Two bathrooms with shower and toilet with a mirror.
Cost of these rooms are $145 per person shared room or $226 double (up to 2 people).
Block2: En Suite Rooms
full air conditioned. Large area with dining room table, 2 lounges and a coffee table. Big flat screen TV -DTV. Kitchen has 1 stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. 1 full size fridge and utensils. laundry has 1 large washing machine and dryer.
4 rooms with king single beds, wardrobe, mini fridge, desk, TV - DTV and air-conditioned with ensuite.
3 rooms with single beds, wardrobe, mini fridge, desk, TV - DTV and air conditioned with ensuite.
The area is fully fenced and has enough room to park a truck or 2.
It's a 2 minute walk into town - ALPA Shop, Council Office, Clinic and School.

Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS:
Bookings can be made online by following - http://www.eastarnhem.nt.gov.au/accommodation/
Visitors must report to the council office to retrieve the room key.
East Arnhem Regional Council will process the full payment of your reservation within 2 days of your booking, using the credit card provided in your reservation. Please be advised, bookings will not be pencilled in until all paperwork (including payment detail) is received by our office.
CHECK IN:
Check in time is 2.00pm. During check in you will be required to sign the confirmation form agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
FACILITIES:
Guests use the facilities at their own risk. EARC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any possessions, items or vehicles.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Airport transfers are $123 per return trip up to 4 people. Airport transfers will only be accepted if it is between 8:30am and 4:30pm on business days. Please notify EARC staff at the Ramingining office at least 3 days prior to arrival. Visitors are advised to call 0418 848 273 or 0439679212 on arrival.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10.00am. Keys must be returned to the office at check out on the day you are leaving or a full day charge will apply. Late check outs are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. A cleaning fee will apply if additional costs are incurred by EARC for rooms that are left in an unacceptable condition; this fee will also apply to damages and losses.
NON SMOKING:
No smoking is allowed in the rooms, charges will apply.
NO PETS:
No pets are allowed at our accommodation blocks, charges will apply.
PERMITS:
You are responsible for permit requirements. If in doubt please call NLC Darwin Office. Permits are not available at our office. If a permit is required but not received you will not be able to stay at our accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 8 days or longer prior to check in, a $100 cancellations fee will apply.
If cancellations are made 3 - 7 days before check in, the remaining 3 days of your booking will be charged (maximum).
If cancellations are made 2 days or less prior to check in, the remaining 5 days of your booking will be charged (maximum).
In the event of a no show, the full booking amount will be charged.
