--The Ridge Coron Policy/House Rules--
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. The following Hotel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards. These Hotel Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These Hotel Policy/House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between The Ridge Coron and the guest. Our Hotel Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.
Check in time: 2pm
Check out time: 12noon
Front desk until: 10PM
Free breakfast: Breakfast option pre-order slip should be given to the front desk the night before. Breakfast is served between 7:00am – 9:30am only. Please inform the front desk if you want breakfast to be served in your designated room
Extra Person Policy: Only 2 guests are allowed per room. For extra guests, there is a charge of 500php per day except for children below 6 years of age.
Extra Bed Policy: Each room is allowed to have 1 extra bed; there is a charge of 800php/bed/day.
Early Check in policy: Early checked in is approved per availability and is not guaranteed.
Late Check out policy: Contact front desk officer for check out time extension, this is not guaranteed and is subject to approval due to room availability. Check out extension for more than 1 hour is charged for the full room rate.
Cancellation policy: No cancellation, no refund 14 days before check in date
Payment Policy: Payment for room rate is required upon check in, extra charges shall all be settled before check out. Valid ID shall be presented before rooms keys are given; Advance booking shall require 50% down payment to be deposited on The Ridge’s bank account and the remaining 50% to be paid upon checking in
Smoking Policy: All rooms are 100% smoke free, A 2000 php deep cleaning fee shall be charged to any guests who violate the no smoking policy. Smoking should be in designated smoking areas only
Right to refuse service: The Ridge Coron is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate the Philippine law and constitution.
Lost and found policy: If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please inform us immediately, we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. However, The Ridge Coron, assumes no liability for lost items.
Damage Discovered after check out: damaged items will be charged 120% of its full and new replacement value
