Waterfront cottages are pet friendly accommodation, However there is no in closed yard so your pet has to be taken with you when you leave the cottages. If your pet is well behaved and loved, this is the perfect place to take your pet on a holiday with you.

From relaxing on our private jetty, to enjoying a peaceful stroll along the waterfront and the river’s edge, Waterfront Cottages is the perfect place to explore all that Greenwell Point, Jervis Bay and the Shoalhaven region has to offer.

The 4 cottages available vary from accommodation for 2 people to 8 people.

We offer waterfront accommodation for a single person wanting to sit and relax at the water’s edge all the way up to 20 people having a family holiday or a fishing club having a weekend away.

These quaint colourful seaside cottages all have water views from verandahs and master bedrooms. Sit back and relax and let the sea breeze waft over you as you slip into tranquil village life.

All cottages have recently renovated interiors and are stunningly simple but strikingly adorable.

Cottage 1

This stunningly appointed historic coastal cottage is just 5 metres from the water’s edge. The cottage sleeps four, with one bedroom with a queen size bed as well as an open area just outside the master bedroom with a set of single sized bunk beds. There is a full kitchen and lounge room with a porch. There is a bathroom and toilet in cottage. All linen and towels are provided. No pantry items are supplied, so bring your favourite items for cooking. All cottages have access to a shared laundry facility if needed.

Cottage 2

This stunningly appointed historic coastal cottage is just 5 metres from the water’s edge. Cottage 3

15 metres from the water’s edge, this beautifully appointed 2+ bedroom historic coastal cottage sleeps up to 8.

There is a full kitchen including dishwasher and lounge room with a large balcony and outdoor eating area with water views. The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite (water views), a second bedroom with a double bed with single bunk on top and a second single sized double bunk bed, as well as an entry annex with a third set of single sized bunks. All linen and towels are provided. No pantry items are supplied, so bring your favourite items for cooking. A second bathroom and toilet is also in the cottage. All cottages have access to a shared laundry facility if needed.

The Rainforest Cottage

This retreat is strictly no pets. If you have furry friends travelling with your, please explore our offerings in cottages 1-3 which are pet and family friendly.

The Retreat, nestled on the waterfront at Greenwell Point is Waterfront Cottage's most luxurious offering. This newly renovated retreat's most stunning feature is the large Rainforest Bathroom, with stunning riverstone shower with water views and a large soaking tub surrounded by rainforest foliage and stunning lighting for a relaxing soak alone or a romantic evening with your partner.

The newly refurbished lounge has a comfortable large chase lounge and large TV with foxtel and wifi (with Smarttv for Netflix etc) for relaxing movie's or afternoon snoozes in the sun. The lounge connects to the large master bedroom with a queen sized bed, large windows providing wonderful light and plenty of space to move around.
