It took far too long for Albury's majestic, former Commonwealth Bank to welcome its “soul partner” in terms of a tenant. Now, almost a century after it was built, CIRCA 1928 is the custodian and it fits like hand in glove within the building that graces the tree lined “Paris end” of Dean Street, in Australia's most stylish regional city. An extensive basement to ceiling restoration was a blank canvas for the Kita Bisa Design team that is responsible for all CIRCA Hotel projects. Please ensure that you have selected the correct CIRCA Hotel property. CIRCA 1928 in Albury or CIRCA 1936 in Corowa. Should you have inadvertently selected the incorrect property please notify us immediately so that we can change the booking or allow a no penalty cancellation.
DAY SPA
Our day spa is very popular, so as to avoid disappointment, please book your treatments as far in advance as possible.
EV CHARGING
We provide complimentary Electric Vehicle charging for house guests. Only ONE EV charging point is available at this time so please advise should you wish to utilize this facility. We provide a Type 2 charging cable which should fit all vehicles.
CONDITIONS OF STAY:
Pets of any description are not allowed. Should guests ignore this Condition of Stay and bring pets on to the hotel property a $200 fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning of the suite after check-out. Please understand that some guests have severe allergies to pets and stay with us specifically due to our No Pet Policy. Personally, we do love pets, just not in this hotel where we need to cater for various allergies.
CIRCA Hotels are NON SMOKING properties.
CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON POLICY:
CIRCA welcomes children.
Children aged 0 - 5 may share the existing bedding in any room with parents. No additional fees apply.
Children aged 6 - 17 may stay in the Hart Suite which features two day beds which are fully made up, and are "real" beds". A fee of $60 per child per day applies.
Breakfast is included for all children
Maximum occupancy for rooms apply - see below. CIRCA Hotels do not provide roll-a-way beds or cots.
RATES AND INCLUSIONS:
Rates quoted are per room per night in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST). A stay at CIRCA includes continental breakfast served to your room, in room mini bar with wine, beer, soft drinks and selected snacks, evening night cap and other various inclusions.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is 11am. Where possible, flexibility with early check-in and late check-out will be provided, however, these are unable to be guaranteed. The facilities within the guest Lounge are available for your enjoyment before and after your check-in and check-out times.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Per room in existing bedding:
Hart Suite: One king size bed and 2 day beds suitable for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 18
Warhol Suite: One king size bed suitable for up to 2 adults.
Diddley Studio: One queen size bed suitable for up to 2 adults
DAMAGE:
Any damage caused to the property will be charged for, including odors caused by smoking in Suites.
Guests of Guests
No persons other than those originally booked may access the guest suites at any time unless with the specific approval of the Manager.
Consideration may be given for flexibility of any policy due to exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card with sufficient funds is required to confirm a reservation. 50% of the full amount for your stay is required seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Should payment not be able to be processed we will contact you on the email provided. In the event of no response within 48 hours, CIRCA Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further recourse.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do NOT charge a surcharge on any credit cards.
All bookings over the Christmas/New Year period 17 December to 26 January inclusive must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of one night’s accommodation within 14 days of reservation being made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within seven (7) days of arrival will forfeit the 50% payment transacted seven (7) days prior to arrival.
We will make every effort to resell any rooms cancelled, in which event, the cancellation fee will be refunded in full. No refunds can be given in the event of non-arrival.
Covid-19 Circumstances
Due to the changing and prolonged nature of this pandemic, should you be unable to travel due to Health Orders in effect at the time, the same cancellation policy does apply.
We highly recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance.
