Check in time is from 14:00 until 22:00
For every room, there's a deposit of 1,000 THB for incidentals (CASH ONLY!!!). This amount will be given back to you when you check out. So please prepare accordingly.
Cooking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

You're required to pay for the first night's stay as a non-refundable deposit. You will then pay for the rest of your stay upon arrival.
ท่านต้องจ่ายค่าเข้าพักคืนแรกของทุกห้องและนี่จะเป็นค่ามัดจําที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้ทุกกรณี ท่านจะจ่ายยอดค้างชําระเมื่อท่านเดินทางมาถึงในวันที่ท่านเข้าพัก

Only credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are not accepted for this method of payment.

Your credit card will be processed for payment anytime after your booking is received.
ยอดชำระการจองห้องพักจะถูกหักจากบัตรเครดิตของท่านเมื่อใดก็ได้หลังจากที่ท่านได้ทำการจองเข้ามา

If your credit card cannot be processed, you will be contacted by the resort via an email or telephone call about the matter. If you wish to use another credit card, please let the resort know within 24 hours otherwise the booking will be canceled without prior notice.
หากรีสอร์ทไม่สามารถทำการตัดยอดชำระจากบัตรของท่านได้ ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลแจ้งให้ทราบ หากท่านต้องการใช้บัตรอื่นเพื่อทำการจอง ท่านต้องติดต่อรีสอร์ทกลับภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง มิฉะนั้น การจองจะถูกยกเลิกโดยเราไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ท่านทราบล่วงหน้า

If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please do so by contacting the resort directly at least 7 days before the original date of arrival.
หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนวันที่เข้าพัก ท่านสามารถทำได้หนึ่งครั้งโดยติดต่อรีสอร์ทโดยตรงเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนวันที่ท่านจะต้องเดินทางมาถึงตามช่วงเวลาที่ท่านจองไว้ตอนแรก

Choosing new dates may be limited depending on the resort’s real-time availability and fluid seasonal pricing. Price differences are to be expected. Your newly selected period of stay is subject take place within 3 months with respect to the original booking.
